Life, if nothing else, is a journey of self-discovery and I have found out a lot about myself underneath a barbell. I believe the body to be the physical manifestation of your thoughts and in order to gain control of it, we must gain control of our thoughts. By doing so, not only will we gain command of our bodies, but we gain command of the direction of our lives.
